Return form - Money back guarantee and returns for consumer purchases done with card payment on the Eizo-shop

We offer a limited 14-day money back guarantee on all products purchased through Europe. This return right is in accordance with the Swedish 'consumer law' for web purchases (not valid for company purchases). Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you are asked to complete the below return form before the end of the 14th calendar day following shipment of the product to you. You will thereafter receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. We do not accept returns without an RMA. Under the money back guarantee, refund of the price paid shall be done within 30 days of receipt of the complete RMA and will be done by means of the original payment method. All returns must be in their original packaging and contain all items provided with the product. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to us. We shall not refund shipping cost. A credit on the purchase will be done within 30 days after the receipt of the RMA and in the same way as the purchase was done.

(If you instead wish to return a product falling under a warranty we kindly ask you to use the form "Service Order").

The RMA-number is used to indentify and administer the return. Please write the RMA number on the returned goods address label as well as on a copy of the original invoice.

Eizo Nordic AB reserves the right to deduct the refund amount or to return the product without any refund if:

  • Returned product has missing items, damages or other faults not covered by warranty
  • Returned product has damages resulting from improper or wrong packaging during the return.
  • Returned product is not complete.
  • Returned product is not delivered to Eizo Nordic AB within 14 days after that Eizo Nordic AB sent the RMA to customer.
  • Product returned without freight paid.
