RadiForce service for European customers

Eizo has done its utmost to ensure that your RadiForce monitor will work as free of problems as possible. If however it should break down, we are prepared with a qualified and well-equipped service department that offers a number of services, including a Replacement Service (Single SWAP Service). In the following you can read more about the various services we offer. Common to all of our efforts is that we value quality work above all. We use the same test equipment as used in the factory in Japan for calibrations and adjustments. All replaced parts are originals. We do repairs on the component level, which requires great expertise in the functioning of the products. This means that repairs will always be correctly carried out. After a repair, the monitor is adjusted and checked to ensure that it fulfils the same requirements applicable to a newly manufactured monitor.
